TOPIC: The Power to Make a Difference: Knowledge of God and His Word
TEXT: Acts 20:32
Deep within us lies a desire to leave a lasting impact on the world. But many of us struggle to get started and keep going. This is often because we lack a strong spiritual, moral, and emotional foundation.
The truth is, the power to make a difference comes from within us. It starts with our values, passions, and beliefs. When we know what we stand for, we can achieve great things. As Kingdom citizens, our beliefs give us the courage to take risks, stand up for what's right, and keep going even when things get tough.
The Bible is the source of our power as believers. It helps us grow stronger, builds us up, and shows us how to live as God's people. Through our relationship with God, we are changed forever and empowered to live a life of purpose.
As Acts 20:32 reminds us, God's Word gives us power, guidance, strength, and a special inheritance. To experience this power, we need to read, study, and think about the Bible every day. We should also connect with other believers, listen to sermons, read Christian books, and have meaningful discussions.
As we live out our faith, we need to trust in God's goodness, let go of our fears and worries, and rely on His love. When we do this, we will see God's power at work in our lives.
PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for showing us Your love through Jesus. Help me understand Your Word and apply its teachings to my life. Give me the power to make a difference and bring hope to those around me, in Jesus' name. Amen.
