A PEEP INTO UNLIMITED ADVANCEMENT AND ALL-ROUND FRUITFULNESS
Deut. 5:32–33; Jer. 17:7-8
This year has been declared a year of "Unlimited Advancement and All-round Fruitfulness" (Deut. 5:32–33; Jer. 17:7-8) in the Diocese of Evo.
Advancement is the process of promoting a cause or plan; a development or improvement.
Fruitfulness, on the other hand, is producing good results. It can also mean producing a lot of fruits.
What new aspirations, initiatives, plans, and convictions do we have for ourselves in 2024? What must we let go of in order to create space and energy for something new in our lives? Making space for advancement and fruitfulness by discarding the outdated and unproductive is a great idea.
God gave the people of Israel the laws to follow in Deuteronomy 5:32–33. They were not to ignore them, change their minds, or turn away from them.
The key to surviving a long life in the place they were supposed to go (the Promised Land) is obedience. When we obey, there is a tremendous difference.
Jeremiah 17:7-8 emphasises the importance of having faith and trust in God. According to the text, a person who puts their trust in God is like a tree planted by a stream of water; it can weather the worst circumstances and become stronger.
God has promised unlimited advancement and all-round fruitfulness to His children.
As we strive for advancement and fruitfulness, we need to remember the following:
⭕️We are supposed to be fruitful in our spiritual lives, business, careers, and everything else that we do (Deuteronomy 7:14–15).
⭕️God’s blessings and covenant of fruitfulness will make us above all, making those who see us want to be like us.
⭕️God is ready to distinguish us from the rest of the people like He did to the Israelites in Goshen.
⭕️No one can undo what God has said concerning us, His children.
⭕️In order to see the reality of God's promises, we need to engage with the terms of the promises.
Advancement and fruitfulness are the natural byproducts of a healthy believer. And it is the result of several important elements at work in the believer. A fully devoted disciple is a fruitful disciple, growing and maturing.
PRAYERS:
Gen 1:22 - And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful, and multiply..."
1. Father, bless me with fruitfulness!
2. Father, destroy every stronghold of barrenness in my life—permanently!
3. From now – I decree that there will be tangible, verifiable results for my efforts!
4. I decree going forward: My life, my home, and my ministry will not be wasted!
