SUBTHEME: WHERE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
TOPIC: Making a Difference in My Prayer Life
TEXTS: Romans 12:12; 1 Thessalonians 5:17
One of the most powerful ways to make a real difference is by deepening our prayer life. Prayer is more than a spiritual habit—it is a divine connection that secures our victory, bring strength, guidance, and transformation.
Romans 12:12 encourages us to be faithful in prayer, while 1 Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to pray without ceasing. These verses remind us that prayer must be a constant, intentional part of our daily lives.
Our prayer life is one of our greatest assets. A strong prayer life shapes our character, aligns us with God’s purpose, and prepares us for what lies ahead. In prayer, we receive wisdom, peace, and clarity. Some of the most life-defining moments come when we are alone with God - praying.
However, the enemy works hard to distract us or make us feel too busy, tired, or unworthy to pray. An attack on our prayer life is an attack on our destiny. That is why we must guard it diligently.
To make a difference in the world around us, we must first allow God to work within us—and that begins in the place of prayer.
PRAYER:
Lord, help me to remain steadfast in prayer. In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.
